• Adopt previous minutes 
• Schedule next meeting (likely 4-May)
• Membership renewal report. Ruiwen to present summary information on renewals (member count and total dollars) both for founding and for subsequent members, and a list of all members who've not renewed for March/April. This list is not for publication, it's intent is to allow members interested in reaching out to non-renewing members to find out whether there's a problem.
• Cleanliness: Can we improve on the current situation?
• Projects updates
• General update on any interesting projects/happenings/ideas in HSG.

9:30PM Close Meeting

Minutes

• Roland, Luther, Ruiwen and Isaac Tay volunteered to follow-up with members who hadn't renewed. The list is with Roland.
• Alvin moved: put aside $120/month for weekly vacuuming/mopping, dusting space; cleaning bathroom, clean coffee machine. PASSED.
• Events with food:
• Apparently Meng undertook at lockup after the afterlife afterpaty to return the next day to clean up, and then didn't. (Roland to check)
• For future events, in addition to checking that a sponsor is present, cleaning arrangements should also be confirmed.
• Proposed checklist for use before locking shutter
• Used dishes in dishwasher

• All events: Request to events@, name the sponsor, name proxy if sponsor won't be present, indicate whether food will be served and if so who's responsible for washing dishes before leaving the building. PASSED

• Carpet: Arista sample book for people to comment until ~Friday
• SFD Sep-2010 HSG booth / we've offerd afterparty for their booth organisers
